We have received a copy of your application dated March 30, 1981, that was filed with the Office of tiuclear Reactor Regulation (OilRR) for review. The application proposed Technical Specification changes relating to Reload No.
4 for Unic Ho. 3 of the Peach Bottom Station, and was accompanied by a Class III fee of $4,000 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the OtiRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the reload review will involve two safety issues (i.e., scra= times per MCPR analysis using ODYN CODE and a change in FAPLHGR limits). On this basis, the application i
requires two Class III fees of $4,000 each.
It is requested that your Company remit an additional $4,000 to our office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are incorrect, I
you will be notified and an adjustment will be rede.
