Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-44.
This Application requests short-term relief from the operability requirements of the Peach Bottom Unit 2 Technical Specifications relating to two valves cending the completion of certain modifications to the valves.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Comission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
