On March 16, 1981, the USNRC's Division of Licensing (DL) issued Amendment No. 23 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.
This amendment approved several applications filed by your Company requesting various Technical Specification changes for the Fort St. Vrain facility.
The DL staff have completed their fee determinations required by 10 CFR 170 for tne approved applications referred to in Amenceent No. 23.
Based on their fee determinations, we find that your January 3,1979 application (P-79001), relating to Primary Coolant Deoressurization, involved consid-eration of a single safety issue.
On this basis, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable and should be remitted to our office. According to the information provided by the DL staff and our records, fees have been paid, where applicable, for the remaining applications referenced in Amendment No. 23.
