Gentlemen:
This refers to the meetings held by representatives of the Region IV staff
with the public officials of the St. John the Baptist Parish Police Jury in
Laplace, on March 18, 1981, and the St. Charles Parish Council on March 19,
1981, in Hahnville, regarding the assignment of G. L. Constable, Senior
Resident Inspector, to the Waterford 3 Nuclear site and to the discussion of
communications with the NRC.
The attached report documents the general discussion at this meeting.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed
report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
