This is in response to your February 27, 1981, letter to H. G. Parris, Report No. 50-259/80-46, concerning activities at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant which appear to violate NRC requirements. Enclosed is our response to Appendix A Notice of Violation.

Our response contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790. We, therefore, request that the enclosed response, along with the February 27, 1981, inspection report, not be placed in the Public Document Room.
