Memorandum, D. F. Ross, Jr. to D. G. Eisenhut, March 2,1981, with Brookhaven National Laboratory report, "Some Very Preliminary Results of a Short-Tem Analysis (3 week study) of Hydrogen Combustion During Degraded Core Accidents in the Sequoyah Nuclear Power Plant in the Presence of Glow Plugs", January 15, 1981.
At that time we had not yet completed a staff appraisal and evaluation of the report which has now been completed.
The staff appraisal supporting the McGuire Board Notification (BN 81-03) is enclosed.
