My letter of March 2, 1981 transmitted Revision 10 to the McGuire Security Plan.
Although not specifically stated in this letter, Revision 10 was submitted pur-suant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) in that this revision did not de-crease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan.
