Dear Mr. Denton:
Thc purpose of this letter is to transmit a revised response to Mr. Robert L. Tedesco's letter of February 25, 1981. This response augments that transmitted in my March 31, 1981 letter as follows: Items identified in parts b. and c. of the response that are considered safety-related will be added to the FSAR tables if not previously included. The pertinent require-ments of the QA program that are to be applied to the other items that are identified in the response will be indicated in a new table to be added to the FSAR.
The response to item (20) should be augmented by the following: Capabilities and functions of these facilities are addressed in the corporate emergency plan and, as such, these aspects are subject to the appropriate requirements of the QA program as discussed in item (19).
If there are further questions regarding this matter, please advise.
