..of the proposed. changes to the Technical Specifications and t
the associated Safety Evaluation..
. This' application seeks to amend Appendix A of the dperating
- License.. - The proposed change is in the stated number of some safety / relief valves.
Duringfa-recent outage one of the 1140 psig valves was-found' inoperable and.its topwork was replaced with a-unitien hand.
However, replacing'the-topwork reduced the setpoint of the: valve frcm 1140 psig to 1090 psig.
Thus the total number of= operable-valves remained the same, but the relative number changed for two groups of the categories (setpoint at 1090-psig, two valves-to three and setpoint.1140 psig, seven to six).
The proposed change would: correctly describe the dis-tribution of valves.
The original; distribution will be restored during-' the inext outiage..The proposed _ change is~shown in Attach-mentjI and-the results of a: safety; evaluation'of the current dis-tributi~on of valve setpointslisigiven in Attachment II.
