WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN AND THE PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN FOR WNP-2 The accompanying enclosures represent the Washington Public Power Supply System response to the questions posed in the letter of January 16, 1981 from Mr. R. L. Tedesco, concerning the WNP-2 Safeguards Contingency Plan and Physical Security Plan. provides discussion and rationale, as rpropriate, to the comments provided in Mr. Tedesco's letter.
Enclosse 2 is the revised Safeguards Contingency Plan with pages marked to indicate changed sections. is the revised Physical Security Plan, again with pages marked to indicate changes.
The enclosures contain information concerning detailed security measures for the physical protection of Supply System licensed facilities in which special nuclear material will be used.
This information is to be with-held frcm public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2.
