Gentlemen:
t This refers to the discussion between Mr D21 George of your organization and Mr. Reimann of my staf f on March 10, 1981, regarding the Immediate Action Letter (IAL) dated August 14, 1980, which af fected work on LaSalle County Station, Unit 2 small bore piping installation.
It was agreed that Commonwealth Edison Company may proceed with Unit 2 small bore piping design and installation work which was af fected by the IAL provided that a detailed record be maintained, on not less than a weekly basis, documenting piping and supports which were worked on during the report period.
The detailed records of work will be necessary for our review of your actions pursuant to the I AL during future inspections.
Please inform us if your understanding of the above agreement is dif ferent from that stated above.
