This refers to the investigation ccnducted by Mr. R. K. Herr of our staff en Cecemcer 15-17, 1980, at ycur facility in Lynchburg, Virginia, concerning an allegat'en that B&W perscnnel did not intend to correct ceficiencies that NRC had previcusly icentified at ycur facility.
The investigation and our fincings are discussed in the enclosed investiga icn report.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the Commission's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, T'tle 10, Ccce of Feceral Regulations, a ccpy of this letter together witn the enclosed investigation report will be placed in the Ccmmission's Puolic Document Recm.
If this report centains any information that ycu believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you make a written applicaticn within thirty (30) days to this office to withhold such information frcm public disclosure.
