8034), SQN EB 8045R1, SQN EEB 8051, SQN MEB 8007R1, AND SQN NEB 8031 THROUGH SQN NEB 8034 - FOURTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright en October 24, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Interim reports were submitted on November 25, 1980, and January 23 and February 18, 1981. We expect to submit our next report by April 14, 1981.
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is still gathering environmental quali-fication documentation en the components from their vendors. When data is not available, analyses are being performed by TVA to establish the qualification levels of the components.
