Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 57, Revision 2 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This License Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class III amendment request and a check for $4,000 was forwarded with our letter of June 19, 1980, in'accordance with 10 CFR 170.

PGE has transmitted a copy of this revision to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
