We are in receipt of your letter of February 24, 1981 requesting the submittal of additional fees in support of our License Change Application (LCA) 63.

We are also in receipt of a letter from Ms. Reba M. Diggs, Facilities Program Coordinator in your Branch, requesting the submittal of an additional fee in support of our LCA 68.

In response to these two letters, we are providing the following:

1.

For LCA 63, dated July 22, 1980, attached is a check for $1,200. This amount is in addition to the $4,000 previously submitted with LCA 63 and supports our request for deletion of the the Cooling Tower Plume Study requirements and the deletion of the balance of the Terrestial Monitoring Program and revisions to the Radiological Sampling Programs. The other aspect of that LCA, deletion of nonradiological water quality ret irements, has been concluded to be exempt from a fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.11(b) by the Office of 00g Nuclear Reactor Regulation.

For LCA 68, dated October 24, 1980, attached is a check in the amount of $5,200. This amount, $5,200, supports 0[

I the change to the Trojan Operating License Technical Specifications regarding a fuel handling accident and the minimum water level required during refueling operations. A previous Class III fee of $4,000 was submitted with LCA 68 in support of additional Technical Specifications for the Decay Heat Removal System.
