-Thank you for your letter dated February 19, 1981, pertaining to your plans and actions to improve the security program at the Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, which you described during our meeting on January 29, 1981. As was discussed, your plans appear to address the concerns we have had and represent a sound systematic approach to the overall upgrade of your program. We plan to review your implementation and progress of your actions during future inspections.
We ' realize that, during the implementation of -the described program, changes to the approved security plan may become necessary.
It
.should be noted that certain changes to that plan require approval by the Commission before their implementation in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations Part:- 50.54(p).
