Dear Commissioner Hendrie:
Following up the phone call from my office to yours of this morning, I regretfully must cancel the luncheon-meeting scheduled with members of the Chambers of Com-merce of Lancaster and Lebanon, Pennsylvania on March 6th in the Gold Room of the Rayburn House Office Build-ing.
You had very kindly consented to be with us on this occasion, and I wanted to advise you of this action as soon as possible.
I am rescheduling the luncheon-meeting on Wednesday, June 17th with the same format and wonder if you would consider being with us on that date.
I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
I hope this rescheduling will not inconvenience you too much, and that you can definitely be with us on the new date.
