Dear Bob:
The rescheduling of your luncheon-meeting for the Lancaster and Lebanon Chambers of Comerce from March 6th to Wednesday, June 17th is fine from my standpoint.
I will expect to join you for the luncheon on June 17th and to speak on the matters you suggested--energy, electrical supply TMI, etc.--whenever it fits into the program.
I had planned to limit my prepared remarks to a brief general framework on the subjects mentioned, so as to leave as much time as possible for questions from the audience and discussion of particular points of interest to the audience.
I believe that is the sort of presentation you had in mind and I will plan to use that format on June 17th.
If it is convenient, I would like to be able to use a viewgraph projector in my talk.
It is not essential, however, and I will be in touch with your staff before June 17th to see what we can arrange.
I will look forward to seeing you n June 17th.
