APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Power Authority of the State of New York, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications con-tained in Appendix A of this license.
The proposed changes to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications include the Table of Contents (page 1) and Sections 1.0 and 3.9 and propose new Sections 3.0 and 4.0.
These proposed changes result from the clarification of the term OPERABLE contained in the NRC letter dated April 10, 1980.
The proprsed changes to the Technical Specifications are presented
- ttachment I to this application.
