On January 9,1981, I forwarded to you-my Decision under 10 CFR 2.2 00-81-1) of the Comission's regulations with respect to the matters raised in your January 28, 1979 petition.
It has come to my attention that a portion of the Staff's analyses of your petition was unintentionally cmitted from that Decision. Consequently, my Staff has prepared an Addendum to supplement my Decision. A copy is enclosed.
A' copy of this Addendum will also be placed in the Cornmission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
20555, and at the York County Library, 325 South Dak Avenue, Rock Hill, South Carolina. A copy will also be filed with the Secretary of the Commission for its review in accordance with 10 CFR $2.206(c) of the Comission's regulations.
