APPENDIX A 0TICE OF VIOLATION Washington State University Docket No.50-027 As a result of the inspection conducted on October 22-24, 1980, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the following violation was identified:
10 CFR 20.407 states that all NRC licensees shall submit annual exposure summary reports for the years 1978 and 1979.
These reports were to be submitted within the first quarter of calendar years 1979 and 1980.
Contrary to 10 CFR 20.407, the annual exposure summary reports for 1978 and 1979 were not submitted at the time of initation of the inspection, October 22, 1930.
The reports were submitted prior to the conclusion of the inspection.
This item constif.utes a Severity Level VI violation (Supplement IV).
