Pursuant to tne provisions of Section 2.201, of the flRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Section 2.201 requires us to submit to your office, within twenty-five (25) days of the date of your notice, a written statement or explanation in reply including (1) corrective steps wnich have been taken by us and the resuits acnieved; (2) corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further violations; and (3) che date when full compliance will be aclieved.

Contrary to the requirenents of 10 CFR 50, Paragraph 50.G4 (i-1),

the periodic and systematic performance evaluations for the licensed Reactor Supervisor had not been performed and not documented as re-ouired by Paragraph VII of the liRC approved Operator Requalification Training Program.

(1) Corrective steps which have been taken and results achieved; Systemtic performance evaluations for the licensed Reactor Supervisor has been performed and documented as required.

(2) Corrective steps which were taken to void further violations; Periodic file system has been established to review the status of all Heactor personnel's training and performance evaluations.

(3) Date when full compliance was achieved was January 13, 1981.
