On Wednesday, February 1R, 1981 I received by express mail service, posted on February 17, 1981 by Mr. Jesse Riley, copies of the testimony of the Carolina Environmental Study Group (CESG). This testimony was required to be filed on February 13, 1981 on the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board
( ASLB) and all parties.
In accordance with the implicit request set forth in ti.e certificate of service filed with the CESG testimony, I forwarded the copies as received to the three ASLB members; the Chairman, Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board; the Chairman, Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel; and the Docketing and Service Section by deposit in the NRC internal mail system on February 18, 1981.
