Power Company notified your office of a potentially reportable deficiency concerning the apparent use of ASME Code Case N-182 for Class 1 component support parts.
An evaluation has been performed which provides that this condition, if left uncorrected, would not have adversely affected the safety of olant operations and, therefore, is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e).
Thus, this matter is considered closed.
