NCR SQN NE3 8009 - ADDITIONAL INFCRMATICN The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector C. R. McFarland en April 15, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
A final report was submitted en May 12, 1980.
We have been unable to complete the modifications in accordance with the schedule specified in our final repert; therefore, we are revising our schedule commitment. The modificatiens cutlined in our final report will be cc=plete before initial fuel leading.
