To assess the acceptibility of the proposed design modification (Ref. 1) to the RPS power supply system the following additional information is needed:

1.

Detailed drawings of the proposed design =odification of the monitoring scheme for the RPS power supply.

The drawings should include component ratings, sche =atic and wiring diagrams.

For detailed information, the relays technical bulletins may also be submitted.

j 2.

Electrical one-line diagram of the onsite distribution syste's showing the RPS power supplies and connections (MG's and alternate source).

3.

Technical Specifications covering limiting conditions of operation when using the alternate source to supply the RPS bus or com=itment to the

installation of the two protective packages in series with the alternate source.

4.

Proposed Technical Specifications incorporating the setpoints with tolerances of the overvoltage, undervoltage, and underfrequency relays.

The technical specifications should include limi' ting conditions of oper-ation and surveillance requirements.
