Certificate of Compliance No. 6347, Revision No. 1, dated March 4, 1977.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
General Atomic Company and Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory have been registered as users of this package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 571.12(b) or 49 CFR S173.393a.
This approval constitutes authority to use this package for shipment of radio-active material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR S173.393a.
By letter dated October 7,1980, we requested that you submit a consolidated application for renewal of the certificate if you desire continued use of this package design.
Your letter dated September 30, 1980 (received October 9, 1980) requested renewal for a five year period without the submittal of a consolidated application.
Please note that this certificate has been renewed until Dacember 31, 1981.
Unless we receive a complete, consolidated application 30 days prior to expiration date of the certificate, we plan to issue a denial at that time.
