Dear Mr. Keppler:

In our letter dated December 4,1980, we stated that our Final Report on the subject deficiency would be submitted to your of fice by February 1,1981.

As discussed with Mr, J, Konklin on January 30, 1981, the investigation to determine the full extent of the problem and a method to assure satisfactory resolution is still under way.

Until this investigation is completed, our Final Report cannot be prepared, It is anticipated that the evaluation will be completed so that a Final Report ca t be submi t ter1 by Augus t 3, 1981, Very truly yours, z./ e. A
