Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
1 to Omaha Public Power District's letter to the Com-mission dated December 31, 1980, provided a report entitled " Review of Conformance to the TMI Task Action Plan for Control Room Habitability".
As discussed in the District's letter, this report was to be revised.
Accordingly, the revised report is attached. Enclosure 1 provides a summary of changes to the report and Enclosure 2 is the complete, revised report.
