J NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 C.F.R. 52.721 (1980),
the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Duke Power Comoany (William B. McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2), Docket Nos. 50-369-OL and 50-370-OL, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administra-tive Judge to the Board:
Dr. Richard F. Cole.
Dr. Cadet H. Hand, Jr.,
was a member of this Board but, because of a schedule conflict, is unable to continue his service on this Board.
