Followinc our review, which includen niscussion with your staff concernin; the interin Technical Specifications, we have determined that revisions to your submittal are neerted and that the encloseo Technical Specifications should be innlenented by an anendment to your facility license.
In many instances these Technical Specifications are similar to thinos you are alreMy doing at your facility but which have not been includeo in your Technical Specifications. We believe that it is important that fire protection requirements generally be consistent for all facilitics and we are taking these steps to achieve consistent interin actio:1 wit'-
respect to fire protection for all plants. Please let us knew in writinc within 20 days as to whether there are any specific requirenents to which you object.
If you object to any specific provision of the enclosed specifications, cite the portion that you find objectionable and specify your reasons and the technical bases therefor.
