Request for Documents A telephone request was made to Mr. S. Orifice at Millstone 3 by Mr. R. Feil of this office on November 21, 1980 to forward some documents to this office.
Subsequently, Mr. Orifice telephoned Mr. Feil on November 24, 1980 and requested that a formal written request be made to NUSCO for some of these documents.
To aid us in our inspections we request that the following documents be forwarded to this office:
Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation (SWEC) Project Manual for Millstone 3.
Index for manuals, directives, procedures, guidelines, etc. of SWEC and NUSCO utilized at Millstone 3.
