Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Consumers Power Company Docket No. 50-155 Based on the inspection conducted on November 15-18, 28, 29, and December 1 and 2,1977, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
Items 1 through 3 are deficiencies.
1.
Contrary to Technical Specification 6.8.1, certain instrument checklists were not adequately implemented.
2.
Contrary to Technical Specification 6.8.3, an unauthorized procedure change was made to a safety related surveillance procedure.
3.
Contrary to Technical Specification 6.10.1.d., records of certain safety related surveillance checksheets were not adequately maintained.
