Enclosed are six copies of supplemental inform & tion in the form of the Zimmer Equipment Seismic Qualification Report. Each report consists of three volumes of information.

Volume 1 is a blue three-ring binder containing balance of plant equipment information. Volume 2 is an orange spiral bound binder containing the status report for NSSS equipment.

Volume 3 is an orange spiral bound binder containing the equipment list for NSSS equipment.
