This refers to the 12mpaction eonducted by Mr. Hunter of this offica

on August 11 - 15, 1975, of activitico at Big Roch Point Nuclear Plant

authoriced by Reactor Operating License No. DPR-6 and to the discus-

sion of our findings with Mr. Hartman and others of your staff at the

conclusion of the inspection..

A copy of our report of this inspection is enclosed and identifies the

areas examined during the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection

consisted of a selective exaninntion of procedures and representative

records, interviews with plant peraennel, and observations by the inspectors.

Infractions identified through your internal audit progran which vero

reported in a tinely manner and corrected, are listed under Moncom-

pliance Identified and Corrected by Licensen in the Summary of Findinga

section of the attached inspection report. No additional information is

neaded for these items at this time.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part

2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the

enclosed inspection report vill be pinced in the NRC'n Public Docunent

Room. If this report contains any informtion that you or your contractors

believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you mke a written

application to this offico, within twenty days of your receipt of this

letter, to withhold such information from public disclosure. Any such
