office on Nover.ber 19-21, 1975, of activitics at Big Rock
Nucicar Plant authorized by Reactor Operating License No. DPR-6

and to the diccussion of our findings with 12. Hartran and
others of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
A copy of ocr report of this inspection is enclosed and identi-
fics the areas e::amined during the inspection. Within thesc
areas, the inspection consisted of a celective e.xacination of
procedures and representative records, interviews with plant
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirenents were identi-
ficd within the ccope of this incpection.
In accordanes with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of
Practice," Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a
copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report vill
be placed in the NRC's Public Docur.cnt Enom. If this report
containc any infor=ation that you or your contractora believe
to be proprietary, it is necessary that you cake a written
