This refers to the inspection cenducted by Passrs. J. A. Finn
and L. J. Eueter of this office on February 3-5, 1976, of
activities at Big Rock Point authorized by NRC Operating
License No. CPR-6 and to the disetssion of our findings
with )Y. Eartman and others at the conclucien of the inspec-
tion.
The enciesed copy of our inspection report identifies areas
exa=ined during the inspection. Within these areas, the
inspection censisted of a selective exa=inatica of procedures
and representative records, observations , and interviews with
persennel.
No ite=s of neccompliance with NRC requirements were iden-
tified within the scope of this inspection.
In acccrdance with Section 2.790 cf the NRC's " Rules of
Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulaticus, a

copy of this letter and the enciesed inspectica report vill
be placed in the NRC's Public Dccu=ent Rocm, except as fellevs.
If this report contains information that you or your centracters
believe to be proprietary, you must apply in writing to this
office, within eventy days of your receipt of this letter, to
withhold such infor=atice free public discicsure. The
application must include a full statement of the reascus for
which the infor=ation is considered proprietary, and shculd be
prepared so that proprietary infer =atien identified i= the
application is contained in an enclosure to the application.
