This inspecticn was made to confirm that, in the areas inspected, ycur QA Program is being effectively implemented.
Tne inspection effort is not designed to assure tnat unicue cuality requirements. imoosed by a cust:mer are being imolemented, nor to assure that a. specific creduct, c:mocnen er seriice provided by you to ycur customers, is of acceptable cuality.
As you know, the NRC recuires eacn of its licensees to assume full resconsibility for the cuality of specific procucts, conconents or seriices crocured from otners.
Ycu should therefore not cencluce that tne NRC's inspecticn exempts you fran inscections by an NRC licensee or his agents nor frcm taking effective corrective action in response to tneir findings.
