SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - INCORRECT INSULATION WEIGHT USED IN PIPING ANALYSIS - NCR SQN CEB 8008 - THIRD INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0!E Inspecter C. R. McFarland on April 24, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Interi:t reports were submitted en May 23, and October 16, 1980. We expect to submit our next report by February 26, 1981.
The as-constructed insulation drawings have been completed. TVA is reviewing these drawings against the completed analyses to determine if any reanalysis is nequired.
