Dear Mr. Burstein:
We have reviewed your letter of August 22, 1980 and its enclosure which responded to our earlier request for additional information regarding the Point Beach Safe-guards Contingency Plan. We have detennined that the revised plan is basically acceptable and that after minor modifications to the Responsibility Matrix Section it can be approved.
The revisions and additions are necessary in order to assure that there are no omissions or ambiguities in the roles of some of the entities taking part in certain decisions and actions. Please furnish the additional in-formation requested in the enclosure in order that we may complete our review.
The enclosure contains proprietary infonnation and is being withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.790(d).
In order for us to maintain our review schedule, your response is requested within 60 days of your receipt of this letter. An earlier response will facilitate the completion of our review.
