quested a change in Section 4.2.11(a) of the Technical Specifications of License No. DPR-6 for the Big Bock Point Bhaclear Plant to permit the storage of Reload E fuel in the new fuel storage racks pending approval of its use as requested in Proposed Change No.14 dated February 6, 1968. We have designated your request as Proposed Change No. 15.
We have reviewed Preposed Change No. 15 and the description of the Reload E fuel contained in Proposed Change Es.14. We have determined that the Reload E fuel has similar nuclear properties to the feel now authorised for storage in the ar. fuel storage racks and that storage of Reload E fuel in the existing racks will not causa a criticality htzard. Consequently, we have concluded that storage of the Beload E fuel in the new fuel storage racks does not present significant hasards considerations not described or implicit la the safety analysis report, and that there is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered.
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 50.59 of 10 CFE Fart 50, the Tech-nical Specifications of Facility License Eo. DPR-6 are hereby changed i

By teletype message dated May 7, 1968, Consumers Power Company re-quested a change in Section 4.2.11(a) of the Technical Specifications of License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant to permit the storage of Reload E fuel in the new fuel storage racks pending approval of its use as requested in Proposed Change No. 14 dated February 6, 1968. We have designated your request as Proposed Change No. 15.
We have reviewed Proposed Change No. 15 and the description of the Reload E fuel contained in Proposed Change No. 14.
We have determined that the Reload E fuel has similar nucicar prcperties to the fuel now authorized for storage in the new fuel storage racks and that storage of Reload E fuel in the existing racks will not cause a criticality hazard.
