The Atomic Energy Commission hereby consents to the transfer of Facility License No. DPR-6 ard Construction Permit No. CPPR-25 from Consumers Fbwer Company (a Maine corporation) to Consumers Pbwer Company (a Michigan corporation) effective upon consumrration of the merger of the former into the latter. This consent is based upon the representations in your letter dated April 10, 1968, and a detemiration that Consumers Power Company (a Michigan corporation) as the surviving corporation of the merger is qualified to be the holder of License No. DPR-6 and Construction Permit No. CPPR-25 and that the transfers are consistent with applicable provisions of law, regulations, and orders issued by the Commission.
