Pe have reviewed the Consumers Power Company "Traininq Pronram, Hot License Candidates' to be used at the Big Rock Plant for Reactor Operators and Senior Operators which you submitted on June 27,1975.
Your progran describes the training which will be completed for those individuals who will seek a license pursuant to Title 10 CFR Part 55, Operator Licenses. Your program includes the requirements for those who seek a waiver of the operator demonstration pursuant to our letter, dated October 3,1974.
Based on our tr>,'f ew of the information contained in your progran, we have determined that individuals who successfully comolete the croqran will be eligibic to be administered an exan without the need to perform a reector startup.
Every effort should be made to have a diversity of reactivity channes for each applicant.
