In accordance with the request contained in your letter dated July 3,1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SMi-1823 is hereby amended to add Condition No.15 to read as follows:
- 15. The licensee shall maintain and fully implement all provisions of Appendix F to the Wm. H. Zimer Nuclear Power Stati6n Industrial Security Plan, dated July 3,1980.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
l This amendment becomes effective November 14, 1980.
