If the licensee is the receiver of the l
material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information E=
on the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.
If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the shipper's information to the receiver of the material for
