Gentlemen:
Your issuance of NUREG-0737 (Reference 1) sumnarized the reauirements for Post Three Mile Island action items.
Our responses to the previous guidelines of NUREG-0578 (Reference 2) and NUREG-0660 (Ref-erence 3) together with additional submittals previously made, repre-sent our contemplated actions and our requests for exemptions.
The refueling outage currently in progress combined with the ASLB hearings on site liquefaction have occupied the attention of staff personnel which are completing information requested in NUREG-0737.
We will submit the required documentation by the dates listed below.
As these requested extentions do not represent delays in completion of modifications, no compensating safety actions are proposed for the interim.
