We have two problems with this package:
- 1) The item numbered 2 is drafted in the form that looks like we are requiring people to conform to the Owners' Group Program. We asked a question in such a way that they have to justify deviating from the Owners' Group criteria. This should be revised to ask them whether they intend to use the Owners' Group criteria, and if not, what criteria
