Enclosure REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SEP TOPICS III-4.A III-4.B AND III-4.C III-2 INCIDENTAL TO SEP REVIEW 0F MILLSTONE UNIT 1, DOCKET NO. 50-245 1.
Provide a copy of G. E. Report TR-67SL211 " Analysis of Turbine Missiles Resulting from Last Stage Wheel Failure".

Provide structural drawings of the superstructure framing on the reactor building above the 108' - 6" level and of the concrete floor at the 108' -
6" level of the reactor building.

In addition to the reactor building concrete walls identified in your August 29, 1979 response to Topic III-4, are there any other existing structures (either inside or outside containment) that have been specifically designated as missile barriers to protect equipment or components? If yes, provide the following information: a) location of these barriers, b) descri characteristics, c) criteria used for their design, d)ption of their physical sources and characteristics of the missiles for which each barrier is designed, and e) components or equip-ment each barrier is designed to protect.

Is there a cover or other protection over the fuel pool which will prevent a large quantity of debris from falling into the pool in the event that the i
superstructure collapses due to extreme wind loading? If yes, provide a compre-hensive description of the cover.
