Dear Sir:

Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 67, requesting an amendment to Appendi-ces A and B of Operating License No. DPR-72. As part of this request, proposed rep acement pages for Appendices A and B are enclosed.

7 The changes )roposed affect two major areas. The first change would ex-pand Plant Review Committee (PRC) composition to include the next level of management. The second change addresses a revised procedure review process. Both of these changes affect the administrative sections of the respective ap,,endices only.

Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No. 67 to be a Class II amendment p'r 10 CFR 170.22 as it involves an amendment that is administrative in nattre.

The license fee in the amount of one thousand two hundred dollars

($1,200) and a signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 67 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, are enclosed.
