Areas Inspected:
Inventory difference and its associated limit of error. The inspection involved 32 inspector-hours on site by one hTC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the area examined during the inspection except for the following three items:
1.
(Deficiency) Failure to include provisions for review and approval, before use, of written procedures for recording, analyzing, and reporting the measurement control program data (80-21-01).
2.
(Infraction) Failure to evaluate with appropriate statistical methods all measurement control program data (80-21-02).
3.
(Infraction) Failure to include the use of standards for calibration and i
control of all applicable measurement systems (80-21-03).
